The grid above lists the discount you recieve (per-shirt-printed) when you print 25 or more shirts with the same exact design. The discounts are cumulative. That is, each discount is in addition to the previous discount(s) in the column(s) to the left of it. For example, if you get 50 shirts printed with one color of ink, then you receive discounts of both 84 cents and a dollar, for a total discount of $1.84.

Printing a second area of the shirts has a reduced cost in comparison to the cost for printing the first area of the shirts with the same number of ink colors (as long as you print 25 or more shirts). For example, if you want the fronts printed with one color of ink and the backs printed with one color of ink, the cost of printing the backs will be less than the cost to print the fronts was. Note: In situations where the print areas have different numbers of ink colors, the "first print area" is always considered to be the area with the most colors of ink in its design.

Quote Requests should include the following details if possible:
1.) How many different Areas to be Printed? (ie. Front and Back of shirt equals two print areas)
2.) How many Colors of Ink for each print area? and which specific color(s) of ink?
3.) Shirt Type(s)? Mens/Womens? Union? Sweatshop-free? Organic? Bamboo? Specific brands?
4.) Shirt Color? (the fabric not the ink)
5.) Quantity of Shirts? (minimum 12 shirts)
6.) List of Sizes? (ie. 5 Small, 4 Medium...)
7.) Artwork dimensions? (your artwork / design will fit into a box that is X inches by Y inches)
8.) Are you in the greater Minneapolis / St. Paul area of Minnesota?

Note on Blank Shirts:
It costs money to buy blank shirts to print on. This cost will vary depending on the quality, brand and other attributes of the shirts you select. We will print whatever shirts you want printed. Sweatshop free t-shirts are available at your request. Sweatshop free t-shirts are made in the USA or elsewhere by unionized workers (union-made t-shirts) or by workers that at least get a good living wage and benefits. It is our preference to print on sweatshop free t-shirts, but the choice is yours to make. We understand that it is not always possible to use sweatshop free t-shirts since there are fewer available fabric weight and color options within sweatshop free t-shirt lines. Although, often you can find exactly what you need in a sweatshop free t-shirt.

All of our screen printing is eco-friendly screen printing since we use water-based inks. But, we have options that make your t-shirts even more eco-friendly. We also do eco-friendly screen printing on organic cotton shirts and other eco-friendly types of shirts...

Organic shirts made of cotton and/or bamboo are also available. Organic means that the shirts are made from organic cotton that is grown from seeds of the natural cotton plant not genetically modified cotton that is dangerous and unpredictable to us and the environment. Organic cotton is also grown using no pesticides or herbicides and other harsh chemicals that are used on conventional cotton plants. These shirts are more expensive than conventionally produced t-shirts, but they are great quality, very soft, and eco-friendly. Organic shirts while previously only available in the unbleached natural color are now available in many colors including black, white and various others. Organic shirts are not bleached with chlorine bleach and are therefore more environmentally friendly. Chlorine bleach is one of the worst environmental pollutants.

Natural color shirts (shirts that are not organic but are also not bleached and have the natural cotton color of off-white) are also a good alternative if you can't afford the extra cost of organic shirts but want to have shirts that are eco friendly

Bamboo shirts are very eco-friendly because the bamboo used is very fast growing and does not require pesticides like conventional cotton does. A bamboo plant can grow to mature height in 60 to 90 days. Bamboo shirts are also naturally wicking and anti-microbial in addition to being eco-friendly.

Hemp shirts are also very eco-friendly for reasons similar to bamboo. Again it is very fast growing and does not require pesticides like conventional cotton does. Hemp shirts are also naturally wicking and anti-microbial in addition to being eco-friendly. Additionally, hemp shirt fabric is more durable and provides better UV protection than most other shirt fabric.

Organic cotton, natural cotton, bamboo and hemp are all great alternatives to conventional t-shirts and can be printed with our water-based eco-friendly inks which will print in vivid long lasting colors.
